If you create an account on the NoteStyle (Lemon Squeezy) website you are responsible for all activities that occur under that account. You should maintain the confidentiality and security of your password. Your account provider on the NoteStyle website is Lemon Squeezy.
This is your main NoteStyle account which you use to purchase from the NoteStyle website and view your order history and product keys. You can access this from the link labeled “My Account” from the footer menu.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to our Notion templates and services, without prior notice, for any reason we deem necessary. This may include but is not limited to violations of our terms and conditions, misuse of our templates, or any behavior that we consider harmful to our platform or other users.

NoteStyle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) the use or inability to use our Notion templates, (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our platform, (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our platform by any third party, or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Product Pricing and Availability
Our products are one-time purchases, and pricing details can be found on our website. All prices shown on the website include the applicable tax rate. Depending on your country of purchase, other local charges and taxes may also apply.
Due to rounding, numbers presented throughout our websites may not add up precisely to the totals provided and percentages may not precisely reflect the absolute figures.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, and such changes will not affect prior purchases. Payment is processed through PayPal, Stripe and you agree to comply with their terms and policies.
Electronic Product Downloads
NoteStyle provides digital products for personal and organizational use. Our templates are available for one-time purchase on our website. Downloadable products are provided under the terms of the license agreement applicable to the product.
Downloadable products remain available to download from your NoteStyle via Lemon Squeezy account for as long as your account remains active.
Refund and Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless explicitly stated on the product page itself.
Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law, it shall not affect or impair the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. The parties shall replace any such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
